We ship all orders via USPS, and in-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days.
- Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. For example, if you live in a 3-day shipping zone and your package ships on Monday, you can expect it to arrive by Thursday.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

We do not ship internationally or outside of the U.S. at this time.
- If you're an international customer, you may choose to have your order shipped to a friend or forwarding service within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

All products sold by Cedar Mountain Concepts are handcrafted from natural materials, including cedar (used in walking sticks) and pine (used in carved bears and related woodwork). As such, natural variations in grain, texture, coloration, and form are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects. Accordingly, all items are sold "as is", and Cedar Mountain Concepts does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for standard merchandise, including variations that naturally occur in wood products.

An exception to this policy may be made in the event that an item arrives in a defective condition not caused by misuse, improper handling, or shipping damage. In such cases, customers must notify Cedar Mountain Concepts promptly and provide sufficient photographic evidence to support the claim. All determinations of defectiveness shall be made solely at the discretion of Cedar Mountain Concepts. If an item is accepted for return due to a verified defect, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
