Note: Each piece is handcrafted with care, making every creation one-of-a-kind. If the original has sold, we will create a new piece inspired by it and we ensure it will be made as close to the original as possible. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and carving details ensure your piece will have its own unique character while capturing the same heart and spirit of the original design.

All products sold by Cedar Mountain Concepts are handcrafted from natural materials, including cedar (used in walking sticks) and pine (used in carved bears and related woodwork).

As such, natural variations in grain, texture, coloration, and form are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects.

Accordingly, all items are sold "as is", and Cedar Mountain Concepts does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for standard merchandise, including variations that naturally occur in wood products.

The return and warranty policy does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, or abuse of the product. Due to the natural aging and degradation of organic materials, Cedar Mountain Concepts does not provide warranties for the long-term durability of wood products. Custom or made-to-order items are nonreturnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cedar Mountain Concepts is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. All risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier. The customer assumes all shipping costs related to the delivery of purchased items. These charges are non-refundable, even in the case of an approved return.
